All custom blinds and curtains manufactured by Khivaronfryx are made to order based on your specific measurements and preferences. Due to the custom nature of our products, standard return policies do not apply.
We take great care in manufacturing your custom window treatments. Before delivery, all products undergo quality inspection to ensure they meet our standards and match your specifications.
If you receive a product that is defective or does not match the specifications agreed upon in your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will:
If there is an error in measurements taken by our team, we will correct the product at no charge. If you provided measurements that were incorrect, we may offer to remake the product at a reduced cost, subject to discussion.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we understand that preferences can change. Please contact us to discuss your situation, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
If you experience issues during or after installation, our installation team will return to address the problem at no additional charge. Installation issues must be reported within 30 days of installation.
